Our Services

ReliaTrain core competencies in systems engineering and APQP will provide you the necessary resources to distinguish your products based on efficiency, quality, reliability, durability, and cost.

Customers demand products that have award-winning quality, reliability, and durability. The challenge is to meet those demands while developing and integrating new technology and customer expectations. Change is the one constant that must be managed by all organizations.

Customers are demanding products that are completely safe, with shortened delivery times, and perform with optimum quality, reliability, and durability.

Development of robust and dependable product designs and manufacturing processes require specialized knowledge to meet customer requirements. ReliaTrain expertise provides a roadmap to meet customer expectations and develop products and processes to achieve a competitive advantage and customer demand.

Services 1

We work with our customers to grow internal process knowledge and proficiency. We provide templates, examples, and audit tools to guide teams through the development of your product or process. Our proven facilitation, assessment and execution techniques will add value and continuous improvement to your products and processes. ReliaTrain will customize a strategy to develop a learning path and proficiency plan that will strengthen Your Quality Culture.

Our Mentoring and Consulting Strategy Includes:

QMS common Process: We work together to develop a human resource strategy that ensures process proficiency is defined at all levels of the organization. We define a training plan that addresses gaps in the organization and required mentoring to achieve the defined goals. The output is understanding and ownership of common processes that deliver reliable products and processes.

Execution: We mentor the appropriate people in the execution of product and process development. Mentoring and consulting can include but not limited to:

  • Supporting the development and facilitation of design analysis documents (e.g., boundary diagrams, P-diagrams, definition of functions and requirements, DFMEA, DRBFM, FMECA, software FMEA, algorithm FMEA, DFM/A, RCA, Hazard Analysis).
  • Supporting the development and facilitation of process analysis documents (e.g., Process Flow Diagram – PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans – PCP, MSA, SPC).
  • Supporting linkage between DFMEA/FMECA/DRBFM and product and process analysis (e.g., Design Reviews, FTA, PFMEA, DFM/A, PCP, Special Characteristics).

Actions and Follow-up: We mentor how to assess the risk of the product and process designs to understand when it is necessary to define action(s) to address the risk. The assessment between product and process also includes consideration of impact based on suppliers. The output of our mentoring is on-going feedback that will provide management confidence in the execution of systems engineering and APQP processes.

Often companies are challenged with lean organizations that don’t carry the necessary resources to
handle the total life cycle support of products and processes. You could also be a small company and are
in the process of growing your organization. Customers demand excellent quality and reliability which
requires detailed evaluation and continuous improvement. ReliaTrain experience and resources can be
leveraged to resolve the efficiency concern of launching a new or modified product or process, or just
doing something for the first time. The following are some examples where ReliaTrain can resolve your
organizational challenges:

  • Provide technical expertise to efficiently complete analysis of new or modified product (e.g., detailed boundary diagrams, P-Diagrams, Awareness Sheets, DFMEA’s, FMECA’s, DRBFM, RCA, DMEA, DFM/A)
  • Provide technical expertise to efficiently complete analysis of a new or modified manufacturing or assembly processes (e.g., detailed Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, PFMEA’s, MSA, SPC)
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve current issues such as warranty or spills (both internal and at your suppliers)
  • Provide flexible support from telephone consultations to experienced resources for extended time
  • Provide technical expertise to support ISO 9001:2015 accreditation
